If your order arrive in poor condition, and you are not satisfied with your purchase, all you need to do is email us at creditrequest@getgrassfed.com within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. In the email you need to explain why you are unsatisfied as well as include photos of the steaks and label of the product you are unsatisfied with and we will refund your purchase.
