Robbins Island Wagyu Picanha Roast MB7-8 (3lb Av)
from $91.00
Long overlooked in the US, the Picanha roast is a very popular cut in Brazil where steaks are put on spits and grilled over wood and then sliced to serve. It can also be cut into steaks known as “Coulotte”. Finally, why not roast slowly in the oven and serve as a Wagyu roast. With beef as flavorful and marbled as the Robbins Island Wagyu MB7-8+ Picanha you cannot go wrong.
