Our cattle roam free on the island for two years before being finished for 360 days on a traditional Japanese feeding regime consisting of barley and soy. Grills up perfectly with with a little salt and pepper or sear in cast iron and baste with butter, garlic and herbs to finish.

Robbins Island Wagyu are full-blood Tajima Wagyu cattle raised by the Hammond family on Robbins Island, a small lush island north-west of Tasmania. Cattle roam freely on the island pasture for up to 20 months prior to being finished in a feedlot for a minimum of 12 months.
