WHERE DO WE SHIP?
We currently ship Nationwide in the continental USA. Our weekly cut-off is Tuesday at noon. We ship our orders on Wednesday and the orders are delivered on Thursday or Friday the same week.
HOW IS PRODUCT SHIPPED AND DELIVERED?
We ship our products vis Fed-Ex 2 Day Delivery. Products are shipped frozen with additional insulation and ice-packs to keep the products safe in transit up to 72 hours . Our delivery service leave the package by your front door (unless special requests are made).
HOW DO WE HANDLE RETURNS?
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns. Once the product has been out of our possession we cannot guarantee the wholesomeness of the product. If you received “bad” or incorrect products, please see instructions below for requesting a refund.
HOW DO WE HANDLE CREDITS REQUESTS?
While we do not accept returns, we care very much about making sure our customers can safely buy products from our store and have recourse in cases something went wrong with the order. So if you want to request a credit on something purchased from our store, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will handle your requests swiftly on a case by case basis.
